MyFishGear Shipping and Return Policies

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse within one to three business days. Myfishgear's suppliers use many combinations of ground and 2nd day air shipping companies, UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS will prioritize your order. Most orders are shipped on the same business day if received by 12 noon EST. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.  Heavy Fish Fillet Tables, some Engel Iceboxes and Fend-All dock fenders will be shipped by freight and require a quote from Myfishgear. Most fishing related products are shipped from California, Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota and might require different shipping charges depending on the location of the customers zip code. Boating, Camping and Hunting products are shipped from Massachusetts, Missouri and South Florida. Fishing products and related products are shipped only by UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air and not by the USPS.

If you live in the State of California or Florida we are required by law to charge the 8.25% [CA] 7.25% [FL] sales tax on all orders shipped within these states. No sales tax will be charged outside of the State of Florida or California.

APO/FPO ARMED FORCES ABROAD:

Myfishgear ships to all APO/FPO addresses, Armed Forces Abroad for the benefit of American Military Personnel worldwide.

Myfishgear will send you an e-mail after you have selected your shipping option, a delivery confirmation number will be provided. Note that it is not a tracking number, rather it's used by UPS to confirm the package delivery at the destination address. 

Note that UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority mail will be used for delivery service to our customers in Hawaii, US Pacific destinations and Alaska.

Marine Electronics are shipped from Spring Lake, New Jersey by UPS Ground and 2nd day Air.

International Orders   

Myfishgear ships directly to Europe, Asia, Australia and most worldwide destinations though this online store, if the proof of credit card ownership and the credit card issuing bank name and phone number for authorization purposes is available. Complete address verification is necessary before orders will be shipped. Our products will be delivered to your destination with all shipping fees and or insurance fees prepaid. USPS would be the shipper of choice. Some products might need added packaging to insure additional strength. There is an estimated flat rate charge for shipping Worldwide on most products up to 9 pounds. One piece fishing rods cannot be shipped overseas. Also there is a domestic shipping charge to our facility. If the shipping costs are found to be less, then an adjustment will be made on the order and refunded back. A shipping quote on heavy items will be given after the point of sale. Most all of our suppliers do not ship overseas, therefore we will ship the products to you by the United States Postal Service.  Please contact us by e-mail for any other information.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES

Your Credit Card will be charged when you place an order. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be credited. Myfishgear uses PayPal to process our customers credit cards.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before final checkout, the cost of shipping will be displayed, and you will have an opportunity to change the method of shipping

Free Shipping in the United States of America

Myfishgear offers free shipping in the USA, excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii, on most given categories that are in excess of $200.with the exception of fish fillet cleaning stations, Gun Safes, dock fenders, some Imar boat cleaning products over 8 lbs, Engel Premium Ice boxes/coolers, heavy batteries, Promar Bait Cages and Traps, 32" & 36" Hoop Nets, oversized one and two piece fishing rods, ammunitions and food processing equipment. 

Oversized Items

Oversized items such as one piece fishing rods and Engel ice boxes might be surcharged to cover items 60" or more in length. If your order includes a one piece fishing rod this option might apply. 

BACK ORDERS

Myfishgear never charges additional shipping and handling fees when managing back orders. If an item is back ordered  we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the back ordered item becomes available we will process it at no additional charges.

HOW TO RETURN AND ITEM

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your item must be returned within 30 Days of purchase.

1. Please email support@myfishgear.com to request a refund and obtain a return authorization number.

2. Since items are shipped from different locations please locate the shipping address from where the package was sent and return the item to that address.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for the return and the original receipt.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Some items can not be returned if they are opened.

Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

RESTOCKING FEE

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund shipping and handling fees paid on the original order.

AUTHORIZED RETURN PERIOD

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Myfishgear will accept an approved return of many items within 10 days of the date of the original invoice. After the 10 day period, if any problems arise with the item purchased, the problem should be addressed with the manufacturer; Please be sure to send in  warranty cards that come with your item. Returns will not be accepted for the following Reasons.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Don't ever sign for a damaged package without inspecting all of the contents.  All of the items that are damaged in shipment are covered and insured by the shipper.  If you do encounter a problem with a damaged item, be sure and contact the shipping center immediately or within 24 hours of receipt.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

Myfishgear is not responsible for errors to omissions with regard to product pricing, images or descriptions but we do want to ensure ultimate satisfaction. 

Myfishgear will make every effort to ensure a positive outcome of any errors that might occur. Pricing and availability of all items are subject to change without notice.
